Salesforce Administrator Apprentice at Cogora



Cogora are looking for a Salesforce Administrator Apprentice to join their data team to support the Data engineer on all things data! Data is at the core of what powers Cogora’s media and marketing abilities. The Salesforce Administrator Apprentice is responsible for ongoing management of basic Salesforce administration and will provide day-to-day operational support to internal users.

This role partners closely with Operations, Sales, and other departments to drive greater efficiencies with processes, reporting, tools, etc. to improve productivity. This is a collaborative and detail-oriented role that will interact with multiple parts of the organization and make an impact on the daily operation of the business.

This role is ideal for someone who has incredible attention to detail, is highly motivated, and is very keen to learn new skills and technology.


Key Responsibilities

  • Day to day support and administration of Cogora's Salesforce instance
  • Gain a deep understanding of Cogora's Salesforce setup and sales processes to provide general support and training to sales team and new hires
  • Generate and analyse simple and complex reports from Salesforce based on business needs as requested by the sales and sales management team
  • Managing day-to-day data tasks, import/export
  • Responsible for data cleanliness and identifying and resolving data inaccuracies within systems
  • Develop and maintain sales team resources as needed; perform routine updating of dashboards and process documentation
  • Responding to internal ticket requests from within the company
  • Manage and maintain the companies’ data and systems
  • Maintain and improve the companies’ analytics reports/dashboards
  • Supporting end-users on how to use and integrate data


Entry Requirements

You’ll need to attend an online Zoom screening interview with our Talent Team (don’t worry, we’re a friendly bunch!) and pass initial assessments in Maths and English.


Skills Required

  • Confident in MS Excel, Pivot Tables, cross-referencing datasets
  • Experience with Salesforce/CRM systems, Relational databases (SQL Server, PowerBI or similar)
  • Strong report building skills, cross-filters and filter logic
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong analytical, logical and numerical skills
  • Highly motivated, enthusiastic and keen to learn
  • Knowledge of coding useful such as HTML, Javascript , C#
