Job Details

At Atalian Servest you will be working towards a Hospitality Team Member Level 2 Apprenticeship standard over the course of 15 months.

Your duties will include:

Customer Service:

- To maintain a high level of customer awareness.

- To promote customer loyalty and goodwill.

- Maintain the highest level of customer contact, keeping complaints to a minimum and ensuring these are dealt with professionally and promptly.

Operational:

- Prepare menu items as allocated.

- Carry out food preparation as directed.

- Set up cutlery and serviettes as necessary.

- Serve customers where directed.

- Notify Manager of replenishment requirements.

- Keep kitchen & production areas clean and tidy.

- Keep restaurant seating area clean and tidy.

- Assist in the completion of records of food production and recording of temperatures of

hot and cold food as required.

- Coffee machine set-up and cleaning

Health & Safety:

- Clean preparation areas, service areas and wash up areas.

- Store and replace clean utensils and crockery.

- Maintain and clean the food and equipment store, as directed.

- Sweep and clean the floors, using correct chemicals and slippery floor notices.

- Store cleaning equipment.

- Dispose of rubbish as directed.

- Ensure dining area is clean and tidy.

- Comply with all requirements regarding

Health & Safety.

- Comply with Company COSHH regulations.

Personal:

- To be punctual in attendance.

- Attend Training and Development courses as required.

- Maintain high personal hygiene standards.

- Comply with Company dress standards.
