The successful candidate will be working for an established recruitment company who have locations nationwide. They specialise in several markets making them a diverse company who look to attract quality talent for the business. They currently have positions available for Resources to work with their experience and skilled team.
This is an excellent opportunity working for an established recruitment company based in Birmingham City Centre. You will be supporting the Recruitment Consultant recommending candidates for the roles and matching their skills to the client requirements. This opportunity offers genuine career progression. Duties include;
- Administration duties including updating company CRM systems
- Processing applicants’ details
- Pre-screening candidates over the phone
- Making recommendations to Consultant
- Update candidates on vacancy progress
- Learn policy, procedures and company services
- Develop knowledge surrounding the sector and keep up to date with changing legislation
- Sourcing candidates via job boards
