What can I look forward to?

As a Change and Technology graduate you'll be given the chance to develop your technical and analytical skills to help drive the implementation of critical business decisions. You can expect to take on real responsibilities right from the start and understand the way change is managed in our business. You'll gain experience across a number of disciplines, including business analytics, project management and IT architecture. It's all about thinking on your feet and finding ways to protect the things people love

It's a three-year rotational programme where you'll need to be mobile, as your rotations could take you to a number of our UK offices. But no matter what office you're in, you'll get to learn from some of our most talented colleagues in the business, who will encourage and guide you to be your best. What's more, your achievements will be rewarded with regular reviews and pay increases. You may even have the opportunity to work abroad - we are a global company after all!

What you'll need:

  • A 2:1 degree (predicted or achieved) in any undergraduate discipline
  • At least 112 UCAS points - BBC grades (or equivalent) from 3 A-level subjects excluding general studies
  • A-C grade in Maths and English GCSE
  • An existing passion for technology
  • The ability to grasp complex concepts

Initial eligibility for this programme is determined by the following:

  • Right to work in the UK Status
  • Having obtained a minimum of grade 4 (c) in GCSE Math & English (or equivalent for applicants outside of the UK).
  • Having obtained a minimum of 112 UCAS points from 3 A-Level subjects excluding General Studies (or equivalent for applicants outside of the UK).

  • Obtained or on course to obtain a 2:1 or higher from your Bachelors degree (or equivalent).
