Intequal, in partnership with the Microsoft Apprenticeship Programme are currently recruiting for an energetic individual to join a fantastic company as an IT Tech Support Apprentice. This is a great opportunity to earn while you learn and gain on the job experience to kickstart your career in IT.

About the Company

Our client supports small and medium sized businesses across the Midlands and throughout the country with their IT and printing requirements. They firmly believe that understanding IT is a big part of helping businesses move forward, by feeling confident and informed, making IT work for the business and streamline processes.

Job Role

We are looking to recruit an IT Tech Support Apprentice who is a hardworking, organised individual with flexibility and a willingness to learn.

As an Apprentice your main roles and responsibilities will include:

- 1st line support

- Infrastructure set up and maintenance

- Server management

- Password creation and management

- Remoting to employers' systems

- Managing email problems

- Setting up Office 365

- Migrating data and emails

- Explaining things to non-technical customers

- Backups

- Setting up and fixing hardware
