We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic candidates to work towards their Leisure Team Member Level 2 and be part of a friendly team to provide a fun, safe and quality experience for all of our customers.

We require a committed and dynamic motivator to deliver a world class customer experience

- Be focused on delivering excellent customer service standards

- Provide safe and effective pool supervision

- Be part of a motivated team fully embracing our company values

- Ensure high levels of cleanliness and housekeeping are maintained within the centre

- Support the varied programme of activities and sessions

- Effectively communicate with other team members

- Provide motivation and support to customers to achieve their fitness goals through the consistent delivery of group sessions and meaningful gym floor contact.

- Actively and consistently promote the company's vision and values

- Make every members visit an enjoyable experience that keeps them coming back

- Be enthusiastic, positive and ready to make a difference

- In house training will be available to develop your skills

- Working hours will include days, evenings and weekends

The Job will include 24hours lifeguarding and 6 hours fitness motivator
