Our client, based in Redditch, is one of the country's leading providers of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) production control software for the entire manufacturing sector. With over 25 years' experience and worldwide presence, they have developed capacity planning software made by manufacturing professionals for manufacturing professionals, across all types of manufacturing industries.

They work alongside many software providers and these partnerships help enhance the solutions they provide, ranging from 3D modelling software to CRM and CAD CAM to packages.

Job Role

We are looking to recruit an IT Software Support Apprentice who is a hardworking, organised individual with flexibility and a willingness to learn.

As an apprentice your main roles and responsibilities will include:

- Providing software support for Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and Enterprise Resource Planning software

- Providing support with software installations
