Apprentice Recruitment Resourcer

Here at Hybrid Connections we currently have an exciting opportunity for an Apprentice Recruitment Resourcer to join our team. Working in our dedicated team you will be taking your first exciting step in your career in Recruitment. As an Apprentice Recruitment Resourcer you will develop and grow your skillset through communication with candidates over the phone and understanding the different recruitment processes in place.

Responsibilities for our Apprentice Recruitment Resourcer will include:

• Advertising all vacancies on Job Boards along with managing Social Media
• Reviewing applicants from the adverts posted, delivering full effective advice and guidance.
• Helping the Recruitment Consultant achieve their targets with filling vacancies
• Ensuring internal databases are up to date
• Ensuring full start up paperwork is complete for all new starters
• Additional admin/support duties
• Providing excellent customer service at all times to ensure a professional / positive image of the company is given to all existing and new customers
• Communicating face to face and over the telephone with clients and colleagues
• Use excellent customers service continuously

Experience for our Apprentice Recruitment Resourcer role:

• Good social skills
• Excellent communication skill
• UK Drivers Licence required
• Ability to multi-task
• Basic Numeracy and Literacy skills
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft and Excel packages
• Ability to work independently and as part of small and busy team
• Be able to use own initiative
• Excellent telephone manner
• Able to self-reflect and handle criticism
