Apprentice Customer Support AdministratorWe have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Support Apprentice to join our team. The role is ideal for a recent college leaver or someone with some work experience looking for their next step. The main purpose of the role is to support and assist the Customer Support and Workflow in all office procedures relevant to the department.You will be mentored and coached to enable you in the future to schedule work for a nominated group of engineers within an allocated are.The Role:
  • Department administration as required
  • Processing purchase orders onto our internal systems
  • Providing customer updates via email and phone
  • Liaise with other teams to progress and update jobs
  • Provide support in the raising and closing of reactive PPM and scheduled job requests
  • Provide team support with inbound and outbound calls
  • Provide internal and external customer updates when requested
Other duties as required:
  • The ability to deal with customers in a professional and calm manner.
  • IT/Administration skills
  • Ability to organise and prioritise own workload
  • Enthusiastic with a 'can do' attitude,
  • Excellent communication and people skills with the ability to develop and maintain good working relationships
  • Motivated
  • Hands on approach
