Our client, an innovative London based community charity is looking for an enthusiastic Early Years Apprentice who's keen to embark on a career in childcare.

Early Years Apprentice

GBP4.81 - GBP9.50 per hour (depending on job holder age, in line with National Minimum wage)

Full Time, Permanent role

Romford, Essex, RM7 0PH

Our client is a vibrant, local charity that has been serving the local community for over 150 years through inclusive programmes in health & wellbeing, childcare, housing and youth work. They are passionate about providing opportunities to those who are the most in need.

They are looking for an enthusiastic Early Years Apprentice to join their Romford Preschool.

You will assist in fun and exciting activities to enable the children to progress their development, along with the EYFS framework. As an Apprentice you will be working towards a NVQ Level 2 or 3 in early childhood studies or equivalent.

As an Early Years Apprentice, you will use your own initiative in providing ideas, supporting different activities and interacting with the children, with full supervision and encouragement from the team.

Our client is looking for candidates who are passionate about working in childcare, have the ability to work within a team and develop excellent relationships with parents whilst striving towards gaining their NVQ qualification.

Job Details and Working Hours:

  • 16-24 hours per week
  • Work Pattern: Monday - Friday, Term Time Only
  • Contract Type: Permanent
