What will the apprentice be doing?
You'll receive coaching and mentoring from professional team members, working with and learning from experienced Project Managers.
You'll gain experience in different types of work involving the delivery of various projects. You'll rotate around several teams, all of which will enhance your knowledge and skills.
You'll gain experience of Environmental Practices, learn about various parts of our organisation, our great colleagues, obtain insight and knowledge to support your role and career.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
On successful completion of the apprenticeship you will gain a Level 4 qualification (equivalent to an HNC)
For this role you'll be completing an Associate Project Manager Level 4 Apprenticeship through online learning and remotely delivered workshops. A minimum of 20% is delivered off-the-job.
You'll be responsible for completing coursework on time, maintaining up to date evidence for your assessments and putting into practice what you're learning.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
This is a permanent position and after successful completion your employment will continue with us.
