What will the apprentice be doing?
This is a high potential programme that will see you working with professional Team Leaders, managing staff from early on in the programme. throughout the scheme you will receive:

We are always focused on developing our people to enable them to reach their full potential.As well as your formal academic training with Aston University, you will have various internal training opportunities to develop your communication, presentation and project management skills.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
At the end of your Apprenticeship, you will have acquired the skills and knowledge to become a Team Manager, managing up to 30 members of staff every day.
As well as the BSc you will achieve, you will also have the opporutnity to pursue further internal and external training courses to further your leadership and management skills.

GCSE or equivalent 5 x GCSE's including Maths and English (Grade 4 or above) Essential

We are looking for someone who is keen and committed to completing a degree whilst learning invaluable skills in leadership and development. Please showcase any volunteering, sports, coaching, mentoring experience that you have.
