What will the apprentice be doing?
You are accountable for providing best in class Technical Customer Service and to understand the technical aspects of Knauf UK business, our industry sectors and our various competitors whilst assisting and supporting internal and external customers in relation to the wide basket of systems we manufacture. As a member of the Technical team, you will have an opportunity to support and participate actively in the development of new products, systems, and services. We truly care about our customers and giving them the best experience is an absolute priority
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Level 4 Construction Design and Build Technician Standard
Functional Skills in maths and English if required
Development of knowledge, skills & behaviours required to complete the Construction Design and Build Technician standard
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
The Technical Support Apprentice will have the opportunity to become a Technical Support Officer

Things to consider
This is an office-based role (with occasional site visits with Knauf employees), full PPE will be provided to the successful candidate The post holder will need to be able to commit to getting to our remote-based site in Sittingbourne. Public Transport is limited to our location, so candidates need to be able to consider how they get here.
