As a Quality Specialist - Apprentice, you will be reporting to the Process & Pipeline Services Global Quality Management Leader. This role will be responsible for supporting the Quality team across all global locations for Process & Pipeline Services.
As a Quality Specialist - Apprentice, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting the effective management of the Customer Experience program
- Participating in root cause analysis investigations
- Ensuring that non-conforming hardware reports are logged and tracked
- Supporting the completion of the PPS audit program
- Supporting in the training of employees in the use of quality tools & systems
- Assisting in the effectiveness of process compliance
- Promoting Quality Management System compliance & support consistency between processes and enhance their effectiveness
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a minimum of 5 GCSE's including Maths and English grade C (equivalent) or above
- Be IT literate and have proven experience with Microsoft Office packages
- Have sound oral & communication skills
- Be detail orientated
