NN17 5DPGBP12,000 - GBP15,000 p/aLevel 3 Qualification in the Data Technician Established in 2000, RMS are a private, family-owned, and progressive business and a trusted partner of choice for employment solutions. They work with companies of varying size, in a wide range of industries, to provide national recruitment, payroll and HR managed services. They are looking for an Apprentice Data Technician to join their expanding team and undertake a wide range of responsibilities.Roles & Resposibilities:• General office administration, including filing, emailing, answering telephones• SQL Visual Basics and Code Writing• Creating Dashboards, formatting information• Data Analysis alongside KPI's• Systems reporting• Writing Macros• Produce monthly efficiency reports.• To ensure health & safety procedures are followed at all times.• Undertake other duties as directed commensurate with the level of the job function.

Skills Required:

• To be able to work independently but liaise effectively with colleagues and support each department to ensure administration tasks are carried out in a timely manner.• The use of initiative and the ability to prioritise workloads is essential. • To be familiar with the workings of other departments and the ability to multi task to support other areas throughout busy periods.• To have a flexible approach to work.• To ensure the correct Personal Protective Clothing is worn at all times.• To take reasonable care of your own health and safety and co-operate with managers to enable compliance with CAT UK's Health & Safety rules.• To undertake such other duties and responsibilities to meet the demands of the business and customers.

Personal Qualities:

• Proven to have excellent numeracy and literacy skills and attention to detail.• Experience with Code Writing and Reporting• PC literate with advanced knowledge of Microsoft office packages (Excel, Word & Outlook).• Flexibility to complete a variety of tasks deemed necessary and appropriate for the process.• Ability to work as part of a team, able to use own initiative, be self-motivated and to be able to work unsupervised.• Manage own time to meet deadlines and manage stakeholder expectations.• Ability to work independently and to take responsibility.• Can use own initiative.• A thorough and organised approach.• Ability to work with a range of internal and external customers.• Value difference and be sensitive to the needs of others.
