What will the apprentice be doing?
Supporting staff to deliver high quality commercial programmes in a quantity surveying role. This will include understanding all aspects of the delivery process from inception, through project delivery and completion. The apprentice will undertake site visits, learn how to run meetings and understand client requirements on time, cost and quality of delivery.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
The Apprentice will achieve a BSc Hons Degree in Quantity Surveying over 5/6 years. This will lead to a professional membership of the RICS as part of the degree or post degree. Training will be by day release at Westminster University, formal and in-house training courses arranged by the company and on-the-job training including work experience and shadowing.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
After achieving a degree and MRICS the apprentices will have the opportunity to run their own projects, be a team leader and in time become a Director of the Company.

BTEC or equivalent Any Subject Considered (Grade DMM to DDM or D*D*) Essential
Other International Baccalaureate (Grade 104 to 120 UCAS Tariff points) Essential
Things to consider
To be eligible for our apprenticeships, applicants must be aged 16 or over, employed as part of an agreed apprenticeship scheme and must meet the ESFA funding eligibility criteria.
