A charitable Organisation managing accommodation for the Care Provider of Supported Living Projects, for Service Users / Clients with Learning Disabilities and Autism, is looking for an experience Referral and Placements Officers to work at Hanger lane, London NW10 area
Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Searing for suitable Properties for Supported Living Projects, for Service users/Clients with Learning Disabilities and Autism.
  • Conducting property inspections before the Service users/Clients move in
  • Arranging the Tenancy Agreement between the Landlords and the Care Provider
  • Rental Income Collection - Monitor the Care providers rent accounts and contact where necessary, for example, rent arrears, payment dates etc.
  • Management of all the bills payments
  • Property Management - Inspect properties regularly and report on issues such as repairs, bin /rubbish collections, disagreements with the neighbours etc.
  • Anti-Social Behaviour - report to the landlord any ASB, who will decide the appropriate action

Essential:

  • Previous experience of working with a local authority or Housing Association
  • Knowledge of current Housing legislation
  • Experience with the above responsibilities (ASB, Rental Income Collection, Properties Management, Care providers Engagement)
