We are excited to offer this opportunity at a time when our business is currently expanding premises. You can help be an important part in our transitional phase as we look to provide our high-end products and service to more clients.
This job opportunity will require you to work as part of an experienced team, assisting customers face to face and over the phone, to achieve the highest level of customer service.
Other day to day duties will include;
- Serve customers, use tills, maintain stock rotation on the shop floor, keeping the shops immaculate at all times.
- During the apprenticeship, you will also be assisting with our tailoring service by taking orders for alterations and repairs, whilst maintaining the shop floor, in relation to sales, you will also develop the skills for measuring clients for their bespoke garments.
- Additionally, we want you to learn to assist our tailor with certain minor alterations. You will learn to have the confidence to use a range of selling techniques and seek ways of enhancing sales whilst being sensitive to the customer’s needs.

- We will show you how to operate our industrial machinery and how to carry out the alterations. During your time here, we expect that you will develop an understanding of business processes and sales terminology/figures.
As an apprentice you will be included on a L2 Retailer apprenticeship standard with Babcock Training. This will involve one to one training with a Regional Trainer who will meet with you on a regular basis.

To become an apprentice, you must:
- be 16 or over
- not already be in full-time education

As an apprentice you’ll:
- have regular one to one sessions with a dedicated trainer either remotely or through visits to your workplace
- learn and train for a specific job

- complete assessments during and at the end of your apprenticeship
- be on a career path with lots of future potential
