What will the apprentice be doing?
We are looking for two talented and driven individuals, who are keen on building on their already existing qualifications, to join our team as a Level 4 Apprenticeship as a Business Analyst. In this role, over the 18 months, you will rotate across a variety of departments learning new skills in problem management, service desk environments, incident handling, service improvement analysis and implementation, disaster recovery and audit management. Don't worry if these terms are new to you, our programme and associated training will give you all the knowledge you need to become a successful Business Analyst within the IT industry.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
This really is an exciting opportunity to learn from industry professionals whilst undertaking a highly sought-after level 4 apprenticeship qualification. The successful applicants will also gain further industry recognised qualification in Project Management, Continuous Improvement, and IT Service Delivery
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
Some of the key skills you will recognise that you will gain experience in include troubleshooting, building reports, analysing data, communicating to a variety of internal teams, manage a variety of projects using industry recognised tools and methodologies, and measuring success of systems and associated services.

Qualifications
GCSE or equivalent English and Maths (Grade A-C or 9-5) Desired
Things to consider
You will need to do additional training if you do not have English and Maths GCSE prior to joining the programme. If you are confident using computer software; MS Office and eager to learn and develop. You will need to gain Security Clearance so will need to have lived in the UK for 5 years and willing to go through the checks.
