What will the apprentice be doing?

This is a high potential programme that will see you working with professional Team Leaders, managing staff from early on in the programme. throughout the scheme you will receive:
  • Management Exposure throughout
  • Internal training opportunities, including modules on Management and Leadership Development
  • Coaching from senior leaders
  • Dedicated Mentor throughout
  • BSc (Hons) in Supply Chain Management with a leading supply chain University

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

We are always focused on developing our people to enable them to reach their full potential.As well as your formal academic training with Aston University, you will have various internal training opportunities to develop your communication, presentation and project management skills.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

At the end of your Apprenticeship, you will have acquired the skills and knowledge to become a Team Manager, managing up to 30 members of staff every day.

As well as the BSc you will achieve, you will also have the opporutnity to pursue further internal and external training courses to further your leadership and management skills.
