Job Details

As a Sales Assistant Apprentice you will be working towards a Customer Service Level 3 over the duration of 18 months, alongside your daily roles and responsibilities.

You will be joining the Car Tyrestore team as one of our dedicated Telesales professionals advising our trade customers on a comprehensive range of products whilst providing the highest levels of service.

Working as part of a team of Telesales agents you will be the frontline for Car Tyrestore. Dealing with a high volume of telephone based queries you will get the chance to test your customer service skills whilst developing a growing product knowledge in line with customer expectations.

You will progress to managing an assigned customer base becoming the first point of contact for a wide range of customers. Understanding their needs you will help improve their experience whilst engaging with Car Tyrestore departmental objectives and KPI's.
