What will the apprentice be doing?
Responsible for the daily unbiased control of documentation. An assistant to the Information Controller, an experienced professional supporting the daily management of documentation.
Receive, validate, manage and store information.
Deliver effective control of information recorded in a project.
Prepare timely reports on the project information, including metrics and
forecasts.
Work with the Project teams to improve metrics and ensure compliance.
Distribute information accurately and securely.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
The successful applicant will be working towards the Level 4 Information Manager Apprenticeship Standard.
Training will be carried out on work premises during working hours. A dedicated Learning and Development Tutor will carry out tutorials remotely and on work premises.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
Career Progression to Information Controller or Project Management roles

Things to consider
Safety Critical Role. Accuracy is paramount. Adhoc visits to either office may be required for meetings/training. Working from home would be an exception to the rule and not part of the normal working week.
