About the apprenticeship
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Branch network as a Customer Consultant Apprentice. If you have a passion for providing exceptional customer service, this is a great opportunity to start your career and work in a community & values-based building society. Monmouthshire Building Society will be working with an approved provider to support you study and qualify towards a NVQ level 2 in Customer Service
You will be based at our Risca Branch working as part of a supportive established fun team of people, you will be providing excellent customer service face to face to our members, taking ownership of their individual needs.
Your role will involve resolving member enquiries through to resolution, you will enjoy delivering a customer experience that exceeds expectations, delivering a personalised, friendly & efficient service.
