Food And Beverage Assistant

In our wedding venue the responsibilities are:

*Assist in creating a welcoming environment

*Help guests in any queries they may have.

*Have a good knowledge of our menus

*Set up wedding venue

*Set bar and kitchen areas up ready for service

*Ensure the venue is clean and well presented ready

for arrival of guests

*Prepare cutlery glasses and crockery for wedding

breakfast

* Make sure the bar is fully stocked

*Clean and restock glasses after use

* Work on pot wash cleaning and putting away plates

and bowls and any chefs equipment.

* serve behind the bar

*Waitress serve food

*Serve behind a buffet counter

*Turn room around after ceremony

* Count and pack dirty linen and log into the supplier

book

*Assist the shift manager/supervisor in any duties she

/he asks

*collect glasses and crockery through out the

Day/Evening.

In our outlets

* Ensure opening paper work is filled in

* Make sure the outset is fully stocked and ready for

service

*Have a good knowledge of stock if customers have

any queries

* Work behind the counter serving food or drink or

ice creams or on the till

* Keep the put let clean and tidy through out the day

* Ensure shelves are fully stocked ready for the next

day
