Our Apprenticeship is a mixture of practical on the job training and academic training. The scheme will take 4 years to complete with day release to Bridgewater and Taunton College for academic training. Apprentices will be expected to; complete the training, meet the required standards and obtain the required academic qualifications. At work, Apprentices will complete eight modules including Polishing, Machine Shop, Coating, CNC, Quality, Procurement, Engineering (subject to change) over two years and will be assessed for a further two years in an agreed discipline. Throughout their training, they will be assigned mentors who will support their development and will ensure that they are fully supported by the company. Apprentices are required to report on their achievements at the end of each module and provide feedback to their mentor.
