The Apprenticeship Management and Information Manager will be required to provide line management support for the apprenticeship admin team, ensuring that systems and processesare in place to provide an effective, professional and customer-focused service. The post holder will have responsibility within the team for particular work streams and projectsin relation to apprenticeship objectives and team priorities, and will also provide project support to the Apprenticeship Service Manager and the senior management team on the developmentand delivery of a number of initiatives. Work streams include responsibility for the management of internal and external financial systems and various databases including evaluation, producingregular reports for the Apprenticeship Operations Group and Apprenticeship Steering Committeeand other relevant forums; supporting the development and implementation of a centralisedrecruitment process for apprenticeships delivered internally as an Employer Provider. The postholder will need to be familiar with the quality assurance requirements in order to be able to produce relevant information and data for the purposes of any internal or external audits such as Ofsted and Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA).Main duties of the job
To act as Super Administrator for the Apprenticeship System (AS); Maytas, ESFA HUB and internalfinancial databases, which will involve developing in-depth knowledge of the systems, ensuring that the Apprenticeship admin team are competent in using the systems and ongoing monitoringto ensure that it is being properly used and being maintained in order to meet quality assurances (internal/ external).To be fully proficient in the use of the aforementioned systems and able to input and extrapolate information as and when required.To ensure the maintenance of accurate and comprehensive records in relation to data inputtingof leaner registrations with both the awarding body, AS, ESFA and End Point Assessmentorganisation and to be responsible for correcting any errors or missions on the aforementioned systems.To produce monthly financial monitoring reports in relation to income and expendituregenerated through the apprenticeship delivery team and from the Trust Levy account (AS) and attend monthly team finance meetings.About us
