The successful post holder will work within the CAS providing Administration support to our services often as a first point of contact for patients, supporting the on-going delivery of their care. You must be able to demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills, be a good listener, reliable, efficient and be able to work calmly under pressure in a busy team. Knowledge and experience of patient administrative systems including SystmOne is desirable, however training will be available. You must be confident prioritising your workload, comfortable working as part of a team and be able to work considerately and proactively with all colleagues. You should also possess good keyboard skills.About us
