THIS POST IS A TEMPORARY POSITION/SECONDMENT UNTIL 31/01/2023 TO MEET THE NEEDS OF THE SERVICE. IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN APPLYING FOR THE POSITION ON A SECONDMENT BASIS, YOU MUST OBTAIN PERMISSION FROM YOUR CURRENT LINE MANAGER PRIOR TO APPLYING FOR THIS POST.
37.5 hours a week over 5 days. This may include some evenings and weekend working.
Main duties of the job
If you are looking for an exciting new chance to make a real difference, we have a fantastic opportunity for an individual to join the Powys Teaching Health Board Vaccination Team as a Mass Vaccination Centre Team Supervisor.
The post holder will operate in a fast-paced environment that is often unpredictable, providing comprehensive administrative support to the wider vaccination team. The successful post holder will also be required to have clear communication and organisational skills and substantial experience with the Welsh Immunisation System and Microsoft office packages.

- Good General Level of Education (5 x GCSE C or above)
- NVQ3 or Equivalent Experience

- Previous experience of working within a Call Centre environment. Must have customer service experience
- IT literate using Microsoft packages in previous admin role
- Has previous experience of supervising a team with some HR experience
