About the role
As an administrator in Restructuring and Insolvency your will be managing a case load of corporate insolvency cases (from pre-appointment to post appointment and closure), ensuring all aspects of casework are completed in a timely manner. This role requires someone who is able to work to deadlines when reporting on case progress.
You will be expanding on your current skill set as you work collaboratively with creditors, directors and employees both pre and post appointment as well as liaising with solicitors/agents on specific legal issues arising on cases.
The role would require you to be confident in dealing with Directors/Employees/Creditors. We are keen to develop you on your career journey.

Skills & experience
To get the job that you’ll love you will:
- Need the right to work in the UK for a minimum of 5 years from your start date.
- Have achieved/on track to achieve 4Bs at Higher or above/equivalent two of which must me English and Maths
