Responsibilities

Kingston Barnes is fast paced and a very exciting place to work. As an ambitious, confident and friendly person, you’ll thrive on being the face of the business as the first person visitors meet when they come to the office.

You will learn:

  • Reception – meeting & greeting every visitor, answering calls, directing mail & managing emails/job applications
  • Day to day admin
  • Managing stationery & office supplies
  • Writing reports
  • Assisting with payroll
  • Data entry
  • Issuing temporary contracts & paperwork to staff
  • Marketing – social media & email marketing to database
  • Organising company events
  • Support office manager & directors of business

Training

During your apprenticeship, you will be studying towards your Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship, delivered by Professional Apprenticeships through a mixture of classroom learning and 1-1 tutor support.

During this advanced apprenticeship, you will learn a vast range of knowledge, skills and behaviours, covering such topics as project management, systems and processes, business structures and so much more.
