What will the apprentice be doing?
The main job purpose is to support data analysis, data management, and data processing requirements of the Finance and HR Systems Team (FHRSYS) and support the training of the post holder towards a Data Analyst apprenticeship
This is a reporting role heavily focused on responding to customer needs, handling data using key systems and techniques commonly used by University data teams. The role holder will also be required to undertake basic ad-hoc data analysis and/or management tasks as required
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
As part of the Level 4 Data Analyst apprenticeship standard, you'll be registered as a member with the British Computer Society and be on a fast track to an industry recognised qualification and your dedicated industry coach will support you through a blended approach that will include remote,1-2-1 and and group learning.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
Perminent employment and continued professional development.
